Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders placed between Monday to Saturday (before 10 AM) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders placed after 10 AM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location and courier service efficiency.
- Any unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹100 COD fee applies to all COD orders.
Tracking Information
- A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone within 1-2 working days after order confirmation.
- If you haven't received tracking details after 2 working days, please contact our support team for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Details & Returns
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you can choose:
- Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply).
- Request a refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
